Situated in the wonderfully quiet Las Higueras Community of the resort, it is a very bright and airy property with a very relaxing atmosphere, an ideal getaway for a stress-free break.
The lounge terrace and garden provide ample suntraps and in addition there is a solarium available with a panoramic view of the Community and surrounding landscape where the abundant Murcia sunshine can be taken in to your heart´s content.
Rates include air conditioning (individually controlled units in Lounge/Dining Area and both Bedrooms), WIFI and guests benefit from discount rates for Golf and Tennis.
The accommodation, which is virtually arranged on one level, is accessed by a few steps up to the front door. A car port allows a car direct access to the garden and therefore an easy few paces to the lounge terrace door.
The entrance leads through to a hallway and opens up to an expansive, stylish lounge/dining room. Through the lounge terrace doors the garden and pool await, with large terrace area and other quiet relaxing spots.
For the holiday culinary enthusiast a superbly equipped kitchen is at your disposal.
There is a beautifully furnished master bedroom with access to garden and pool, full en-suite bathroom with both bath and a separate shower cubicle. A second bedroom (which is currently being refurbished) and family bathroom incorporating a large shower unit completes the accommodaion.
The Las Higueras Community is a tranquil, peaceful corner of La Manga Club yet it is only a short 5 minute walk from the busy Bellaluz square with its bars, restaurants etc
